About the Event
We spend the first 20 minutes participating in a fun, effective standing Fitness Pilates routine to get your heart rate up! Lots of adaptations & progressions. We then move down to our mats for a focused core section, delivered slow & controlled, deep & strong. To perfectly finish the session a 20 minute full body stretch & release with optional guided meditation.
